We care about the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we process the data of MORE audio shop customers, website users and people using our forms and newsletter.

- Data necessary to fulfil orders and equipment rentals: first name, last name, address, e-mail, phone number, tax ID (NIP) where applicable.
- Data provided in contact forms: first name, last name, e-mail, content of the enquiry.
- Newsletter data: e-mail address.
- Technical information, e.g. IP address, cookies, analytical data.
3. Purposes of data processing and legal basis
- Fulfilment of orders and rentals – necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Handling enquiries and customer contact – the legitimate interest of the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Sending the newsletter and marketing information – the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Cookies and analytics – the user’s consent or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR).
4. Data retention period
We keep personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the order or rental and, after it ends, in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations. We keep marketing consents until they are withdrawn.

- Courier companies and payment operators, to the extent necessary to fulfil the order.
- Providers of IT services, hosting and analytical tools.
- Other recipients in cases required by law.

- erase your data (“the right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
